I. substation patrol robot system overview
This system uses infrared detectors, cameras, and various on-board sensors centered on intelligent inspection robots, adopts autonomous navigation technology to complete non-contact data collection of various types of equipment in substations, completes data transmission in data stations using wireless transmission technology, and combines pattern recognition. Technology, temperature identification technology, big data trend analysis technology, realize substation multi-period, multi-position, automatic inspection and monitoring. Effectively reduce the intensity of substation manual inspection work, improve the quality of substation inspection tasks, to a large extent, improve the safety level of substations.

1, self-test self-recovery
The robot body has the ability to self-test various types of peripherals, provide different sound and light alarm signals according to the fault level, and can be transmitted to the monitoring platform of the engine room. At the same time, the robot has the ability to recover from failures caused by non-physical damage.
2, inspection tasks free configuration
The monitoring platform can freely assign inspection tasks to various robots in the station, and achieve the decoupling of the physical robots from the detection points through effective splitting of the monitoring points in the stations, making the configuration tasks of the station monitoring platform more flexible.
3, real-time status display
The monitoring platform can display real-time information such as station overview, robot overview, and monitoring point status.
4, sub-station, master station free switch
The system adopts the B/S architecture. The monitoring platform freely switches the master station and substation system through the authority.
5, autonomous charging, autonomous navigation
The robot body program comprehensively analyzes the battery status according to the pre-set voltage and battery detection thresholds combined with the real-time data of the robot. When the battery is under voltage and the battery power is insufficient, the robot can automatically return to the charging station inside the station for charging.
The robot is equipped with a laser radar device, which can identify the obstacles in the station. After the robot is set on the walking route, the robot can complete the autonomous navigation ability according to the data feedback of the laser radar.
6, external interface
The monitoring platform processes the collected data and caches it in the local real-time database. It provides external data interfaces PMS, security, fire control, scheduling, and integrated platform calls.
7, abnormal alarm
After the system platform comprehensively analyzes the collected data, it will generate abnormal alarm information of the equipment, robot body, and system software, including power supply abnormality, radar anomaly, pan/tilt anomaly, walking anomaly, and thermal defect or failure analysis; the alarm information can be passed Monitoring software to display, while supporting SMS notifications.
8, historical data query
The system platform archives and stores robot and inspection equipment data, and can query historical data in different dimensions.
