High resistive galvanized steel is used in their manufacturing process to ensure high resistivity against heat, humidity, moisture, water etc. Moreover, these towers are delivers in varied design and technical specifications depending up on the nature of the applications in which these have to be used.
Square tower have many applications, some as telecom tower or micro-wave tower, some as scenery tower. However, most of them to be used as telecom tower, in fabrication, we often use stainless steel or special material pipe to resist rust, humidity and other corrosion.
After fabrication all towers are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized, even painting or other methods...Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
