BXB1- 1000/660Y Mine-used Flameproof Low voltage Protection Box for Mobile Substations is suitable for underground coal mines with explosive gases such as methane. It is mounted on the low voltage side of the mobile substation and can form an ideal mobile transformer system in which the low voltage fault disconnects the high voltage power supply by combining with our KJG Series Mine-used Flameproof High Voltage Vacuum Switch for Mobile Substations. It has protection functions such as overload, short circuit, leakage monitoring, leakage locking, over voltage, under voltage for the power supply systems of AC 50Hz, related voltage 1140 V ,660 V rated current up to 1000A.

1.The protection box has a two-side four-loop output, in order to meet multi-load connecting demands;
2.A11 the faults are driven by the vacuum circuit breaker of the high voltage side to break, through the signal line, thus to reduce the breaking current and to solve the dead-zone problem that exists in the loop between the low voltage winding of the transformer and the low feedback switch;
3.With advanced integrated microcomputer protection, protection parameters can be setup without opening the enclosure door.
4.It is compatible with all large capacity mobile substations (under 2500 kVA).
