PHILIPPI — Snyder Industries and Delta Cooling Towers are the Barbour County Chamber of Commerce Members of the Month in May.

Mike Isner is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and the plant manager for Snyder Industries. Stacey Kelley is the office manager for Delta Cooling Towers. Both companies are located in the Philippi Industrial Park.

Delta Cooling Towers, located at 53 Mattaliano Drive, designs and constructs highly efficient and environmentally friendly cooling towers that boost energy efficiency and lower the carbon footprint, allowing the system to function longer with greater efficiency, Kelley said.

“The company manufactures cooling towers for critical service applications which cannot afford maintenance costs and the downtime of other galvanized sheet metal towers,” she said. “Our towers are used in large HVAC systems and in industrial plants.”

“Delta Cooling Towers uses engineered plastic cooling towers which do not have the problems that plague their galvanized metal counterparts. Our plastic cooling towers contain material which is resistant to the harsh environments that wreck metal towers,” she said.
